Luxor Direct offers a fully qualified staff of technical support professionals to assist you with the installation and setup of your product.

Please be advised that we can only support Luxor products and are not available to support operating systems, routers, computers, or other hardware. We can be reached at (866)756-2288 or at Office hours are Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 2:00PM EST.

BEFORE YOU CALL TECH SUPPORT, please make sure that you at the site with the DVR. If you are having network setup issues make sure that the DVR is wired directly into the router (NOT wireless), that your computer is connected to the same router as the DVR, and that all unnecessary programs (email programs, web browsers, media player...) are closed. Also, you will need the username, password, brand, and model number for your router as well. If you do not have this information, you will need to gather it from your internet service provider or the router manufacturer. Remote access viewing for the DVR requires that we log into the router set up the port forwarding.
