If you are unable to solve the problem, call Luxor Tech Support at (866) 756-2288. Have the Customer PO number (ex. LUX45555) from the original order ready when calling for assistance.

If repair or replacement of your security equipment is necessary, Luxor Tech Support will assign a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to you to track the return of the equipment. No package will be received without an RGA number! You must ship the defective product shipment prepaid as no COD orders will be accepted.

Return the package to:

Write the RGA number in big, bold letters on the outside of the package. We will examine your equipment. If we find a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace the defective part under warranty. However, if the equipment has been damaged by lightning, insects, abuse, etc., we will call you with a price quote on the cost of the repairs.
